We operate a program of continuous improvement and invest heavily in up-to-date information technology and -systems. Our national collection operations are managed from two modern contact centers.

Ergometrix is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and conducts its collections in strict accordance with the Debt Collectors Act and the code of conduct prescribed by the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA).

Through selective recruitment and staff education backed by modern technology, Black Fox Credit Management offers service levels that consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
